·         Responsible for all highway construction operations. Added construction as a new line of business to   the company’s existing mining operations. Created a business volume of $50 million and doubled the production.

·         Implemented new project and cost control methods.

·         Set up new "maintenance and repair centre" to service $32 million worth of heavy construction equipment.
