Senior Engineer

·         Responsible for all field engineering and administration.

·         Implemented the new "Construction Management System" which included a computer controlled network system between the main office and the field offices to monitor the operations in “real-time” to provide top management with a complete monitoring of operations from material delivery to the control of manpower and production yields.

Project Manager

·         Managed the American Airlines Maintenance Base AFW at the Alliance Airport Project which included the construction of main streets and utilities.

·         Responsibilities included managing fast-paced construction effort involving a peak of 60 personnel on the job working in seven crews, job scheduling and coordinating the work with the owner and subcontractors.

Chief Cost Engineer, Estimator and Schedule

·         Supervised both Dallas and Houston highway construction operations.

·         Coordinated cost improvement efforts as well as design and implementation of a new cost reporting system.

·         Estimated the cost of a proposed project including labor, material, equipment and supplies.

·         Prepared the schedule of activities and monitored the progress of projects. Prepared and/or verified the progress and the billing via a computer based scheduling system.
