Developing concepts, feasibility studies
Establishing/maintaining relationships with landlords and governmental bodies
Additional responsibilities include managing of IT/Finance Department and Legal Department
Major milestones reached:
Ground breaking of Espark Shopping Center, Eskişehir (GLA: 45,000 sqm – Investment: $110 million)
Finalizing the negotiations of Tatilya Shopping Center at Beylikdüzü, İstanbul (GLA: 65,000 sqm – Investment: $250 million+) and a shopping center in Antalya (Investment: $250 million+)
